1：7-Day DOA Guarantee

If your order arrives damaged or not working, contact us within 7 days . Oncereturned, you can choose a free replacement (we cover return shipping) or a full refund.

2：30-Day Returns for Unopened Items

Changed your mind? You can return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Returnshipping costs are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.

3：45-Day Money-Back for Defects

If a product is defective within 45 days, you may request a refund or exchange. Return shipping will notbe reimbursed.

4：One-Year Repair Warranty

Most products include a 1-year warranty. Customers cover the cost to ship items back for repair; we coverthe cost to return repaired items. Damage caused by misuse is not covered.
